You will be focusing on winning specifications with Architectural practices as well as Design & Build Contractors for projects involving banks, Building Societies, Supermarkets, etc. Occasionally, you will liaise with Fabricators and work closely with colleagues to ensure specifications are maintained through the complete cycle. You will have an internal specification team to offer you full support and technical assistance. The area is the North of the UK including Scotland, but you really need to be based along the M62 corridor and NOT in Scotland.
The company is a well-established market leader with a superb reputation for manufacturing quality products that meet all the regulations. They are a very customer-focused company who stay extremely close to customers from order to completion, providing site installation advice and support.
My client is looking for a strong sales person who can clearly demonstrate success in selling any building product through Architects. This could be from within any construction product sector, but it will give you an advantage if you have a related product background. You need to be based as close to the M62 corridor as possible.
