The Role

  • Assist in delivering land acquisition projects, securing planning consents, and driving project progress.
  • Support planning, legal, and technical due diligence for a portfolio of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Land, Technical, Planning, Development) and external stakeholders (estate agents, local authorities).
  • Coordinate consultants and manage fee budgets.
  • Contribute to the creation of sustainable, high-quality developments that reflect Hill's values.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Land Management or RPTI-accredited Planning (recent graduates welcome!).
  • Progressing toward or holding membership with RPTI or RICS.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience working to deadlines and managing budgets.
  • An understanding of health and safety, quality management, and sustainable design.
