The Role
- Assist in delivering land acquisition projects, securing planning consents, and driving project progress.
- Support planning, legal, and technical due diligence for a portfolio of projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Land, Technical, Planning, Development) and external stakeholders (estate agents, local authorities).
- Coordinate consultants and manage fee budgets.
- Contribute to the creation of sustainable, high-quality developments that reflect Hill's values.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Land Management or RPTI-accredited Planning (recent graduates welcome!).
- Progressing toward or holding membership with RPTI or RICS.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
