Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding community-based care support role helping to change young people`s lives? If you answered `Yes, ` we would love to hear from you. Benefits In return for your demanding work and commitment, working for this organisation can offer you: – Competitive salary – Starting £29,093 + allowances Allowances: £1,455(5%) secure unit allowance – payable monthly on start of employment. £1,000 R&R allowance £3,014 Enhanced pay rate for unsociable hours (based on normal working pattern, 23 hours per fortnight at enhance rate of pay) – payable monthly, one month in arrears £1,833 Sleep-in allowance (based on the average of two per month) – payable monthly, one month in arrears Benefits: Durham County Council Pension – Contributory career average salary pension scheme Paid annual leave – 26 days holidays per year (plus bank holidays) increasing to 31 after five years continuous local government service Dedicated training- Full training and induction to support your patient care journey.
