We specialise in the delivery of Sports & Education programmes specific to Mainstream Primary Schools.
To deliver/assist fun engaging Sports programmes in schools and education settings.
Duties:- Develop and implement sports coaching programs in schools and educational settings
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport
- Plan and organize sessions to improve skills and performance to specific needs
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of athletes and provide feedback for improvement
- Passion for Sports and lived experience
- Proven experience as a sports coach or athlete in the specific sport
- Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire children
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals or teams of different skill levels
- Organisational skills to plan practices, competitions, and travel arrangements if necessary
- First Aid certification - (We can assist with this)
- Safeguarding Certification - (We can assist with this)
- DBS on the update service - (We can assist with this)
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Activity Leadership OR WORKING TOWARDS
Part time with a view to potential full time work. Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week.
Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)
