The team encompasses a collaborative approach, working closely with portfolio companies to drive growth both organically and inorganically. What the job involves Working collaboratively with the wider team to originate investment opportunities. Leading the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities including the preparation of investment committee papers, the review and assessment of due diligence reports, and the review of legal documentation. Assisting the partners in the regular portfolio reporting process. Who we are looking for Direct senior investment experience within small-to-mid market private equity with an affinity to founder-led businesses. Extensive experience and track record in leading investments. Strong and active network across the corporate finance and broader intermediary community, banks, and other relevant organisations and hubs.
