Enfield Carers Centre is recruiting experienced, caring, and passionate Care Support Workers (CSWs) to join our dedicated team to cover evening and weekend shifts. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding care to our clients, so we are looking for people who want to make a real difference by supporting clients to live a safe and independent life. The successful candidate will be joining an established, hardworking, and supportive team.
Main Purpose of the Role
- Visit and support our clients in their own homes during evenings and weekends.
- Provide and maintain a person-centred care service, promoting independence and providing emotional support.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and continence support.

Hours: We are seeking experienced Care Support Workers to join our team on a zero-hour contract basis.
Salary: We are a London Living Wage employer. Very competitive rates: full-time total salary package is worth £13.15 per hour.
