ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Energy team in Rochester NY.

Job Summary:

• Effective leadership in a matrix organization.
• Initiation, Planning, Executing, and Closing Projects – defining the project WBS, Cost Baseline and OBS structure, initiating the project, building its comprehensive work plan, controlling and managing risks, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Managing Teams – Implementation and management procedures.
• Responsible for:

• Cost / Budgeting
• Communication
• Change Management
• Schedule Management
• Construction Management Oversight
• Commissioning Management Oversight
• Risk Management
• Regulatory and Stakeholder Management

Qualifications:

• 7 years or more of power system engineering or in transmission and substation experience.
• Bachelor\’s degree in electrical engineering.
• PMP is preferred.
• MBA is preferred.
• Strong background and knowledge of all disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
