Senior Asset Lead

Our client, a growing housing association, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Asset Lead to join their amazing team.

The role:

1. Leading the delivery of 3 key projects (Damp and Mould, Options Appraisal and Disposal, Voids).
2. Review the current process/ways of working and re-engineer to maximize efficiency, value for money, and deliver on the customer experience.
3. Ensure that robust data is available and being used by the relevant teams for assurance from each of the projects.
4. Reviewing capacity and resource management to identify opportunities and needs.
5. Developing a plan of works to deliver on the projects and drive delivery.
6. Taking a strategic and operational approach to delivery – leading the delivery teams and undertaking operational activity as required.
7. Working with the Homes leadership team to ensure a successful handover into BAU.
8. Experience as a senior leader with housing or maintenance.
9. Experience of process re-engineering.
10. Experience of developing customer-centered solutions in relation to property.
11. Ability to develop programmes of works and lead teams to deliver.
