When the children are with him, the Nanny needs to be present and stay at the house. However, when the children are not there, she doesn’t have to stay overnight, although she is welcome to do so.
The children will be at home every other weekend and one additional night during the week every other week. During the school term time, the Nanny is required to stay in every second weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights) and one other night per week to help with cleaning, organizing the house, and the children’s arrangements when the entire family is at home. However, when the children are not there, the nanny is free to either live in or out. During school holidays, the nanny will need to travel with the family (usually overseas) for up to 50% of the holiday time.
