Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and motivate the detailing team to achieve exceptional vehicle presentation.
2. Manage daily workloads and ensure training for new staff members.
3. Act as a role model, setting a high standard for behaviour and communication.
4. Strive for team cohesion and handle problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and branch processes.
6. Willingness to work on a rotating roster, including early and evening shifts.

What You\’ll Bring

1. Full driver\’s license (manual and automatic)
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of vehicle systems and detailing processes.
4. Ability to train and coach a team effectively.
5. Willingness to work on a flexible rotating roster, including weekends.
