We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Clean & Clear Operative to join our team in Blackburn. As a Clean and Clear Operative, you will be responsible for conducting property clearance, final cleans, and garden work to ensure our empty homes are prepared for new residents. This is an important role that contributes to maintaining the cleanliness and presentation standards of our properties.

Responsibilities
- Conduct property clearance, final cleans, and garden work for our empty homes.
- Manage waste appropriately by sorting and recycling all waste streams.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with residents while taking ownership of their issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and promote a positive safety-first culture.
- Ensure compliance with risk assessments, COSHH framework, and industry legislation.
- Perform basic checks, servicing, and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
- Full Manual UK Driving Licence.
- Practical experience in cleaning or caretaking.
- Experience working in a customer-oriented environment.
- Ability to operate relevant cleaning/caretaking equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act and site-specific safety protocols.

- Starting salary of £24,243
- 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years\’ service) + bank holidays

- You will be working 37 hours per week 7:30am – 3:30pm Monday-Thursday, and 7:30am – 3:00pm on Friday
