• Organise and maintain comprehensive records of building services, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining a logical and efficient folder structure for both digital and physical records.
• Streamline data retrieval processes to enhance the team\’s access to critical information.
• Facilitate the conversion of old paper records into electronic formats, utilising CAD software and other relevant tools.
• Work collaboratively with the Estates Team to provide support in various administrative and organizational tasks related to records and CAD management.

You will undertake professional development and training through a mixture of online and in-person teaching with The Chartered Institute of Building.

Towards the end of the apprenticeship duration there is an End Point Assessment which includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and project/improvement presentation.
