The need to knows:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 3pm (day off in lieu during the week with one Saturday)

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 pa basic salary plus OTE circa £35/40,000 pa

A typical day

1. Dealing with both sales and lettings enquiries
2. Matching properties to applicants\’ needs
3. Carrying out viewings with prospective tenants and purchasers
4. Liaising with vendors, landlords, purchasers and tenants to ensure highest service levels are met
5. Negotiating and closing deals
6. Progressing transactions, liaising with all parties including agents, surveyors, solicitors and tradesmen

About you

1. Full UK driving licence essential
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in residential lettings or sales is required
3. Progressive and forward-thinking approach to both business and career development
4. A strong work ethic
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
