Customer Booking Advisor – Liverpool Area

We are seeking a Customer Booking Advisor to join my client\’s team at a leading vehicle dealership in the Liverpool area. This is a customer-facing role where you will manage service queries, bookings, and ensure smooth communication across departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer service enquiries and bookings.
- Coordinate between the parts warehouse, workshop, and other departments.
- Provide technical advice and accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of work.
- Promote additional services to customers via phone or email.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication, administration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- IT literate; technical knowledge is a plus.
