You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team supporting people with complex needs to live life to the fullest, enjoy their community, and thrive in their own way.

What’s On Offer

• Full-time: 37.5 hours/week
• Part-time and bank roles available (zero hours contract)
• Typical shifts: 7:15am–2:45pm & 2:15pm–9:45pm
• Available for 2 weekends out of every 4

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building meaningful relationships and empowering people to achieve personal goals
• Supporting with daily routines including personal care, cooking, hobbies, and activities
• Encouraging independence, inclusion, and choice in every aspect of life
• Helping plan fun, fulfilling days at home and in the community

What You’ll Need

• A full manual driving licence and willingness to drive our service vehicle
• A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to support others
• No previous care experience required—we’ll provide full training and ongoing support
