IT Technician

From £25k + £4800 car allowance.
Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, improve and upgrade the desktop imaging process.
- Troubleshoot reported incidents adhering to internal SLA’s using the ticketing system.
- Follow documented procedures to handle open tickets and monitor queues.
- Apply knowledge to identify issues and internal problems.
- Collaborate with internal departments.
- Install and troubleshoot bespoke and third-party applications.
- Travel to other sites on an ad hoc basis to provide desk side support where remote solution cannot be achieved.
Experience:
- At least 18 months in a similar role desirable.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems.
- Active Directory.
- Office 365.
- MDT/Intune/SCCM.
- VoIP.
- Must have a valid driving licence and own vehicle.
