Childcare Lecturer

Meridian Business Support are working on behalf of a state-of-the-art Further Education College based in the Greater Manchester area. They are seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher of Childcare to deliver stimulating and informative lessons to their students.

Role: Lecturer of Childcare
Location: Greater Manchester
Pay rate: £28.00 – £35 per hour
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 2 months/3 months, very possible extension for the right candidate

Role responsibilities:

1. To deliver Childcare courses to their students
2. Plan and deliver stimulating and exciting lessons
3. To mark assessments
4. Ideally the candidate should also have experience of delivering T level in Childcare studies

Ideal Candidates:

1. PGCE or other equivalent teaching qualification in Early Years or Childcare
2. Experience delivering Childcare courses in colleges
3. Ideally the candidate should also have experience of delivering T levels
4. Able to mark assessments
5. A DBS on the update service
6. Can start work as soon as possible

Hours of work:

1. 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
