Applications are invited for the post of Admissions Advisor in the Admissions and Applicant Services Department of the Marketing and Communications Directorate. Joining the Admissions and Applicant Services team at an exciting phase of investment and expansion, this appointment will be work as part of a team to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the University's professional admissions operation, principally by taking responsibility for the decision making and processing of applications. In addition, the team provides support and guidance to applicants throughout the applicant lifecycle, responding in a timely manner to admissions-related enquiries via email and telephone.
You will have a high level of attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and the ability to work in a team to deliver exceptional service for applicants. The ideal candidate will be able to deal with complex queries from a wide range of enquirers and whilst always looking to improve process and support applicants. A good understanding of UK qualifications or admissions processes is desirable.
