Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking a catering assistant to join the team in Edinburgh EH16 4SA. Working at a local office, you will help make sure the site is clean and tidy, ready for use for all staff.

Overview:

• Over time available if required
• Monday to Friday, 6:30AM to 2:30PM
• Temp contract—Potential for permanent position for the right candidate
• Full training provided

Duties include:

• Assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Handling cash and card transactions at the till.
• Providing excellent customer service to all patrons.
• Following health and safety regulations at all times.
• Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation and cleaning duties.

Experience needed:

• Must have DBS
• 2 professional references
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Previous experience in a catering role is essential
• Customer service skills
