We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a fast paced office in central London. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, tenants, and team members. You will have minimum 2/3 years experience and personal drive to be successful. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to tenancy commencement. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies. Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
