As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of Meditrade UK by:
- Using both internal market data and external lead databases to identify potential customers.
- Customer Acquisition: Introducing Meditrade’s diverse product range to private healthcare providers and medical consumable distributors.
- Account Management: Over time, you will take on responsibility for managing and growing your client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for further business.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and account onboarding.
- Report on sales activities and market trends to senior management.
While industry experience in healthcare or medical sales is advantageous, it is not mandatory as training will be provided.
Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and deliver persuasive sales pitches. Readiness to take on account management responsibilities as the role grows.
As you progress, commission will also be based on a percentage of gross profit from managed accounts.
