Reporting to the Site Manager, you will bring your experience to work within our site team ensuring the day to day delivery of our programme, working closely with a Ganger assisting in the organising of resource, plant and materials to deliver the works You will be expected to set standards and act as a mentor to our less experienced team members. You will need to be positive, enthusiastic and solution focussed, great at building and maintaining relationships. Technically you will have excellent Civil Engineering skills and experience in earthworks, drainage, structures and concreting as well as a sound understanding of safety expectations. Competitive rates of pay are on offer as well as the opportunity to gain additional competencies through training. We also offer an annual Christmas Bonus and reward success in various ways, whether that be by arranging social events or providing a team breakfast on site. Due to the nature of our business, there is the potential to work weekends with our Rail division where enhanced weekend rates of pay are on offer.
