Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities
- Manage framework mini-competitions, direct contract awards and DPS tenders
- Ensure contracts are compliant and meet specific needs of members and the public contract regulations (PCR/PA)
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal colleagues and external clients
- Manage stakeholder relationships
Experience & Requirements
- Experience with end-to-end procurement
- Knowledge relating to DPS, e-procurement platforms and frameworks
- Experience working with public sector regulations (PCR 2015/Procurement Act)
- A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and can manage multiple priorities at once
