Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise students during short‑term teacher absences, prepare the learning environment and materials required, cover lessons of any subject using the cover work set by the teacher, and set high expectations to motivate and challenge students. You will manage behaviour effectively, promote a positive learning environment, organise the daily cover rota for absent staff and contact teaching supply agencies to arrange supply staff. When cover is not required you will support the classroom as directed.
