Are you a skilled and professional candidate with top communication and customer service skills? We are currently seeking candidates who are immediately available and looking for flexible work to join our large temp team in London.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced corporate environment and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service with flexible working hours. The ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Standard working hours will be Monday to Friday between 8am – 6pm. Weekend and evening shifts are few and far between.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant person/team
- Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and tidy for use
- Scheduling meetings on the online system
- Handling incoming/outgoing parcels and mail
- Performing general ad-hoc administrative duties
