We’re currently recruiting for a dedicated and skilled First Responder to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues.

Site Presentations Washroom Host – Location: Thorpe Park
Call Centre Host – Location: Thorpe Park
Resort Champion – This multi-skilled role allows you to gain experiences and develop skills across several departments at Alton Towers Resort.

Retail & Fastrack Host – Location: Thorpe Park
Hotel Night Porter – First impressions count for a lot, and you’ll be one of the first people some of our guests meet.
Lifeguard – Ensure that everyone can use the Waterpark safely and provide excellent customer care.
Hotel Porter – You\’ll be one of the first people our guests meet.
Receptionists – It\’s vital that the team works together as they alternate between our five Hotels.
Housekeeping Attendants – Responsible for ensuring that all public areas and bedrooms are kept immaculately clean.
Scarefest Performer Roles – Join us for our spine-tingling Scarefest Event in 2025!
Shows & Attractions Hosts – Deliver exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
