About Us: Alton Towers Resort is the UK’s most beloved theme park, known for creating thrilling experiences and unforgettable memories. We’re currently recruiting for a dedicated and skilled First Responder to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues.

Current Openings:

1. Site Presentations Washroom Host – Location: Thorpe Park
2. Call Centre Host – Location: Thorpe Park
3. Resort Champion – This multi-skilled role allows you to gain experiences and develop skills across several departments at Alton Towers Resort.
4. Site Presentations Host – Location: Thorpe Park
5. Security Host – Location: Thorpe Park
6. Retail & Fastrack Host – Location: Thorpe Park
7. Hotel Night Porter – First impressions count for a lot, and you’ll be one of the first people some of our guests meet.
8. Lifeguard – Ensure that everyone can use the Waterpark safely and provide excellent customer care.
9. Hotel Porter – You\’ll be one of the first people our guests meet.
10. Receptionists – It\’s vital that the team works together as they alternate between our five Hotels.
11. Housekeeping Attendants – Responsible for ensuring that all public areas and bedrooms are kept immaculately clean.
12. Scarefest Performer Roles – Join us for our spine-tingling Scarefest Event in 2025!
13. Shows & Attractions Hosts – Deliver exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
14. SEA LIFE Hosts – Engage with visitors and share your enthusiasm for the ocean\’s mysteries.
15. Ride Operators – Join our world-class team in one of the most thrilling environments in the UK.
16. Retail Senior Hosts – Help lead our dynamic retail team in delivering excellent service.
