Store Operations Manager

The Range West Kilbride, Scotland, United Kingdom seeks a Store Operations Manager to join our senior management team and report to the Store Manager.

As a key member of the store senior management team, you will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company policies and procedures
• Ensure accuracy of company documentation
• Reconcile and bank all store revenues
• Conduct Trading Standards compliance checks
• Manage store e‑mail system usage
• Produce Point of Sale/price indicators
• Book on and off incoming/outgoing stock
• Process damaged (demic) stock
• Issue and input stock inventory counts
• Issue and input inter‑store transfers
• Ensure store compliance with company deadlines
• Process customer orders
• Induct new starters
• Conduct new starter reference checks
• Follow payroll procedures
• Adhere to cash office procedures

Qualifications

• Relevant experience within a retail environment
