Our mission is to deliver outstanding automotive services and to help us do that we\’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to help us continue delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all BMW warranty requirements, systems and standards.
• To be responsible for accurate Warranty work and to ensure that parts exchanged are returned for claim when required.
• Ensure Technicians retain Parts for warranty return when required.
• To ensure procedures are completed as per the warranty handbook.
• To approve work order and ensure times allotted are not exceeded and that additional work is recorded accurately with the Workshop Manager.
• Present warranty claims invoices for payment to BMW (GB) Ltd providing explanation of charges when required.
• Ensure that all claim queries are resolved in a timely manner.

• Computer knowledge, KSD, Drive, 1-Link, S-Gate
• Good communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Positive working attitude
