I am looking for a Field Sales Representative for the South of the UK to join my client a manufacture of high performance industrial systems. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, youll manage an assigned customer base while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is a remote field-based role covering the South of the UK. Package: Company vehicle. Hybrid or flexible working options. Learning and development opportunities, including training courses and further education. Employee discounts on group products. Life Assurance Scheme and Employee Assistance Programme. December shutdown leave (additional 3 days). Social initiatives, including monthly BBQs, charity events, and volunteer days. Health and wellbeing support, including mental health resources and free fresh fruit. Responsibilities: Maintaining and increasing sales with existing customers. Researching and approaching new OEM opportunities Regularly reviewing distributor and dealer performance to meet sales targets. Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. Strengthening relationships with customers through phone, video conferencing, and in-person visits. Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on sales trends and providing actionable recommendations. Requirements: Managing sales budgets, KPIs, and strategic planning. Proven success in selling to OEMs, end-users, and distributors. Strong commercial and industrial knowledge. Excellent prospecting, closing, and account management skills.
