Position: Deputy Care Home Manager
Location: Near Angmering, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £40,000 for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Care Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the home.
2. Provide leadership and support to the care team, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
3. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
4. Foster a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their families.
5. Support staff training and development to enhance team skills and performance.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven experience in a care home setting, ideally as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader looking to step up.
2. Strong knowledge of dementia care, with relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or above.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A compassionate approach to care, with a commitment to improving the lives of residents.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead by example.
