Currently looking for a painter and decorator on a temporary project in Brighton city centre. Working on social housing and new build apartments across the city.
Requirements:
- Must have a CSCS card
- City and Guilds or time served experience
- Must have all own tools and whites
- Professional attitude
Main scope of works:
- Repair work and some new
- Internal emulsion and gloss, with some filling and rubbing down
Must be able to complete the full duration of the job (3 weeks).
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds part II or minimum NVQ Level 2 in painting and decorating
- Recognised apprenticeship in painting and decorating
Experience:
- Must be a time served painter and decorator
- Worked within NHS environment (preferable)
Other:
- Own tools & PPE
- Ability to interact at all levels
- Flexibility and adaptability
