Job Title: CQV Manager

Walker Cole is searching for an experienced CQV Manager to support a long-term commissioning project for a pharmaceutical company in the northeast of England. As the CQV Manager, you will oversee the team leading the commissioning of a new facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Ownership of a 10-15 person team dedicated to the commissioning of a new facility.
2. Oversee the Commissioning and Qualification processes in an early-phase construction setting.
3. Collaborate closely with internal and external project stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of CQV experience, specifically in construction.
• Experience managing teams of 4 or more members.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, and develop teams.
