We are recruiting for an Inspection and Inventory Clerk with an immediate start date to assist our busy Property Management and Lettings teams. This is a crucial and important role within the business, where detail is key to success. This is a fantastic position for someone looking to gain experience or start their career in the Lettings and Property industry.

The Role – Your Focus and Contribution
- Conduct all inventories before new tenants move into properties.
- Carry out all H&S checks during an inventory inspection.
- Ensure clear photographs are taken of all rooms to ensure clarity with deductions from deposits.
- Conduct HMO inspections.
- Arrange all mid-term inspections required each month and compile detailed reports.
- Assist in any other duties required from the Property Management team to ensure the department is running smoothly and efficiently.
