Belle Vue is one of our properties that is within walking distance of Leeds city centre. We support 3 ladies within the home that is set over 3 levels.

The main objective of this role is to encourage people to maintain their own health and wellbeing, including support with their medication needs, access to medical professionals, and personal care when needed. Therefore, driving will be preferable. There will also be a variety of social tasks to help the service users integrate within the community.

Real Life Options is a registered charity currently going through a period of growth, and we are continuing to search for permanent contracted Support Workers who really want to make an impact on the lives of the people we support.

The Role

Previous experience with challenging behaviour is essential for this role. Across all services, you will be supporting people with learning disabilities, some mental health issues, and Autism, with some challenging behaviours at times. Therefore, you must have the ability to follow detailed support plans to ensure a consistent approach and that the individuals' needs are being met. A DBS will be required for this role.
