This International Law Firm has a reputation for client excellence and high performance while maintaining a fantastic culture and strong work/life balance for its Associates. Due to growth and existing client needs, the firm is currently seeking a 1-3 year PQE Corporate Associate to join their team.
This role supports experienced corporate partners and will see you work on a range of matters mainly private & public M&A and advisory work including capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and private equity.
