Implementation Manager - Transactional Banking

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Implementation Manager to join a leading financial institution. With their global presence and diverse range of financial services, our client boasts a reputation for excellence. As part of their team, you will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end project delivery within the transactional banking sector . This is a temporary position, with a contract extending until 31st December 2025 , and potential for further extension. In this role, you will be based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, spending a minimum of 3 days in the office each week. As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for driving regulatory change objectives and goals across our client’s EMEA organisations, ensuring compliance within specified timeframes and budgets. You will lead cross-functional teams, managing projects of high risk, scope, and complexity. Your ability to influence, motivate, and manage diverse teams will be crucial for the successful delivery of results while minimising the impact on the business and customers.
