MAP Group (UK) is looking for Residential Installation Engineers to install broadband and telephony services in homes. This is a customer-facing role, so you must provide excellent customer service and understand customer needs. Good communication and interaction skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and test both old and new fibre networks
  • Work with the team to ensure seamless connections for customers
  • Ensure site operations meet high standards and follow guidelines
  • Complete customer documentation as required
  • Install, test, and splice fibre optic cables
  • Conduct site-specific risk assessments

Requirements:

  • Experience in fibre optic installation, OTDR, OILM testing, and splicing
  • NRSWA/Highways experience and certification (minimum level Unit 2)
  • Working at heights accreditation
  • Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Full clean driving licence
