You will be joining a small yet vibrant and friendly architectural practice, located in Lincoln, built up of 4 architects and technologists that have a real passion for good design and inclusivity. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for an architect or senior architectural technologist to join the team and hit the ground running, working on a range of multi-million pound projects.As a senior architectural technologist/architect, you will have the responsibilities of: Working on existing Revit models. Attending site visits. Liaising with clients and contractors. Working across RIBA stages 4-5. Working on a range of large scale residential projects. To succeed in this role, you will: Be proficient with Revit and AutoCAD. Have a degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or relevant. Have access to a car.
