Assistant Transport Planner Location: Central London Salary: 30k – 38k + 25 days holiday + bonus + pension + hybrid working and more Emtech are working with a growing Engineering Consultancy who are looking for an Assistant Transport Planner or Transport Planner with 1-3 years experience to join their team in London. Ideally you will have prior experience within transport planning and be well versed in report writing for London based projects. As a business they are a tight team working on an exciting array of projects in the UK but are primarily involved with developments in London & the South. Ideally you will have the following experience: 1+ years experience in transport assessments, transport statements, travel plans Experienced in junction modelling and layout design would beneficial A confident communicator who is able to speak to clients about projects issues etc Technical capability with Junctions 9, ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG would be useful (experience on all is not essential, training provided) Previous on residential, retail and commercial schemes would be beneficialIn this role you will be join an established company as part of a growing transport planning team. You will have the opportunity to work under a team of experienced Directors and take ownership of your own projects. In the London office there is a team of 80 staff across different disciplines. A key aspect of this role is the level of involvement you will get on an excellent range of landmark London projects.
