Wholesale Account Executive/Sales Manager, EMEA, London
We are seeking an account manager within our EMEA business, based in our London office in Soho, for a fixed-term contract. The role reports to our Sales Director and is responsible for implementing regional sales strategies and developing key accounts.
The position involves managing major accounts, liaising with our New York head office across operations, finance, and logistics to ensure a seamless sales process.
Responsibilities
- Manage weekly sales reporting
- Forecast budgets per account each season and meet targets
- Build relationships with buyers and expand into new markets
- Drive market appointments in London and Paris, negotiate, and ensure OTBs are met, conduct sales appointments, and follow up on orders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and initiatives
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive landscape
- Coordinate commercial activities such as pop-ups, training, sales incentives, VM support, and collaborate with marketing
- Analyze sell-through data and maximize reorders and swaps
- Prepare sales reports and presentations on product and market insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years wholesale experience
- Knowledge of regional clients and markets
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Management experience, especially with wholesale partners and key European department stores
- Team player and adaptable to a small team environment
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
- Good understanding of the fashion industry
- Proficiency in Excel and order systems
- Driving license required
- Fluency in Italian or German is advantageous
