Lead Generation Specialist (Hastings)

Reporting to: Lead Generation Specialist Manager

Status: Permanent

Salary: £23,000 basic salary (rising to £24,500 after 6 months) Plus uncapped commission (OTE £30,000 – £35,000 first year)

Hours: Full Time (basic hours are 09.00 to 17.30)

The role:

In this role you will be cold calling businesses and offering our payment solutions. You will then converge with our Business Development Managers and book them appointments with the business to secure the sale. You will need to be enthusiastic, organised and target driven.

Daily responsibilities:

• Generate appointments for our Business Development Managers
• Diary management
• Updating the CRM
• Working both individually and as a group to hit sales targets

• Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow
• Target driven and highly motivated
• Polite and confident talking on the phone
