Commercial Manager * Assistant Commercial Manager (Contracts / Legal) * Hybrid-working (flexible working from Hemel Hempstead or Basingstoke) * £40,000 to £50,000 per year * Plus excellent benefits and incentives available The Opportunity: We are currently looking for an Assistant Commercial Manager, though it could suit an Assistant / Junior Quantity Surveyor or a Contract Manager with a keen interest in legal affairs. Our client sells parking technology and this role will oversee the drafting and review of multiple concurrent contracts for projects deploying (electrical / comms / electronic engineering) the tech on client sites. You will ensure that commercial arrangements between clients and subcontractors are watertight and that the company’s interests are maintained in respect to the business’s terms and conditions, safety, lead-time, cost and quality objectives; equally this will report directly to the MD in a dedicated function to the side of sales and operations.
