Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and hardworking Land & New Homes Account Manager to join their successful Land & New Homes team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment, contributing to the growth and success of their business. The ideal candidate will have estate agency or new homes experience, strong administrative skills.
Key Duties
- Positively promote and sell newly built and converted homes.
- Coordinate and conduct viewings, provide detailed feedback, and prepare weekly client reports.
- Negotiate offers and agree sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, customers, solicitors, and brokers.
- Act as the Social Media Champion for the Land & New Homes team (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Assist in marketing plans and the launch of new developments.
- Support market appraisals and pricing for off-plan units.
- Generate new business opportunities for the Land & New Homes division.
Key Skills

Package
£28,000–£30,000 basic, with a realistic OTE of £35,000+ (based on experience). Pool car use. 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing further with service milestones). Monday to Friday: 8:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. - Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (with a day off in lieu).
