Key Job Responsibilities
- Help serve food and drink in the Inns outlets whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service.
- Have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
- To up sell products where possible.
- Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company standards.
- To assist with the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department and positively contribute to the department's targets.
- To perform all reasonable requests by management.
Knowledge Required
- Knowledge of Hotel brand and values.
- Knowledge of the hotel products and services and ability to promote and up-sell.
- Understanding of Hotel cash handling procedures.
