As the Operations Support Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the shopping centre. You will assist in developing and delivering the annual business plan and service charge, manage soft service and facility maintenance activities, and support various operational projects. Your focus will be on enhancing operational performance, health and safety, environmental sustainability, and the overall customer and guest experience.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Administering the Digital Permit to Work and Visitor Management System
  • Conducting weekly Health and Safety inspections
  • Reviewing and managing reactive maintenance tasks
  • Communicating company information and initiatives to employees
  • Leading and directing on-site security and cleaning operatives
  • Participating in the Centre’s induction and training programs
  • Ensuring the site's safety, security, and cleanliness
  • Overseeing security teams and emergency systems
  • Managing recycling operations and improving processes
