About the Role

We provide support to adults with disabilities, autism and acquired brain injuries to lead an independent life at home, in social settings, education and work. You will play a vital role in looking after the well-being of people in their day-to-day lives, helping them to live more independently by providing physical and emotional support.

Your work will differ depending on the needs of the person you are supporting. This can include helping people to carry out their daily tasks, personal care, teaching new skills, accessing the local community, and providing emotional support.

Working with Us

Whether you’re brand-new to adult social care or have been working in the sector for many years, you don’t need any experience to join us as a support worker. We provide full training, and as long as you’re passionate about helping people, you’re the person we’re looking for.
