About The Role
As a Service Manager, you will lead and manage our care teams, ensuring exceptional care and support for our children and young people. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a trauma-informed, quality-focused, and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, deployment, and management of staff.
- Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality care and evidence-based outcomes for young people.
- Compliance: Maintain regulatory and statutory compliance.
- Team Leadership: Support and manage the senior management team.
- Budget Management: Operate within budget and achieve high inspection ratings.
