Our client is a leading company in the construction sector, specializing in civil engineering projects and committed to delivering exceptional quality and service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and procuring materials and services required for civil engineering projects.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and analyze market trends.
  • Prepare and maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
  • Assist in resolving any procurement-related issues that may arise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a purchasing or buyer role, preferably within the civil engineering sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
