Position Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 35 hours per week on a Monday to Friday basis. You will be working 8 hours per day between the core hours of 5am and 8pm. Shift patterns to be agreed upon with the business upon successful appointment.

Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company (CMBC) is one of the leading, historic brewers in the UK. Formed out of a joint venture between Carlsberg UK and Marston's PLC, we combine over 300 years of shared values, history, and heritage in UK brewing.

We are now recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join us. Reporting to the Depot Manager, this role will be responsible for key administrative duties within the logistics and transport department, using Microsoft Office, SAP, and EPOD systems on a daily basis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date transport documentation
  • Compile daily reports and KPIs
  • Deal with customer queries and close in SAP system
  • Support and cover for Holiday and Sickness within the Logistics Administration Team
  • Communicate across the network via email and phone
  • Complete daily driver debrief and update on relevant systems
  • Liaise with suppliers and work with the wider team to raise necessary POs
  • Complete end of shift tasks including coordinating future day activities and task management

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • A first-class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; further experience using SAP and EPOD systems is desirable
  • Happy to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Able to prioritise your workload and manage deadlines effectively
  • Previous experience working within logistics would be desirable, however not required
