Are you ready for a change? Careline is the front door service/MASH of Liverpool City Council Children’s Services. This role is a temporary Team Manager for this service and will be responsible for supporting adult services during out of hour shift cover.
It is essential that you have previously worked as a Team Manager in the front door of children’s services in MASH. You must have a calm and organised approach, be able to oversee and analyse risk, and ensure social workers make clear-cut decisions for the safety and welfare of our children and young people.
Experience in children’s and adults services would be beneficial, and working with partner agencies as part of our integrated MASH is essential.
